Deutsche Tamoil GmbH has agreed to buy Dannenberg Mineraloel GmbH & Co KG which owns 55 service stations.

Most of the service stations are located in the area between Hanover and Magdeburg and currently operate mainly under the Agip brand.

Prior to the acquisition, Tamoil already owned 267 service stations in Germany. As a result of the Dannenberg purchase, the company has increased the size of its German service station network by nearly 21%.

This expansion is in line with the company's strategic plan to further expand its retail network and strengthen its market position in Germany.
